Conference Sight Seeing Program : |
| |
The
conference not only aims at bringing about a platform for logical discussion
on problems and proposed solution, but aim at providing recreation for
our international delegates. Nepal, enriched with natural beauties, is
a base land where the tallest mountain-the Mount Everest stands rigid,
and also a soil which was once walked over by Buddha, the enlightened
one. We believe the post-conference tour be as fruitful and interesting
as the conference. |
| |
On
the completion of the 2-days conference, all the delegates will be guided
for a visit to famous tourist venues for sightseeing. We believe this visit
to be a time for recreation from all the works engaging us for all the months.
Furthermore, we have identified Kathmandu ( the capital city of Nepal )
, Pokhara( probably the most naturally beautiful tourist area of Nepal )
, Lumbini ( The birth place of Lord Buddha ) and Chitwan ( Elephant riding
) as our destinations. |

Sight
Seeing for Pokhara : ( 11st - 12th August, 2010 ) |
| |
The
beauty, they say, lies in the eyes of a beholder. That might
be true to something beautiful, but what you want to tell about something
sublime. If there is something that challenges Biblical Garden of Eden
in its splendor and magnificence, it’s Pokhara – the ultimate destination
for the wanderlusts and those who appreciate, of course, beauty in its
pristine glory.
The enchanting valley of Pokhara valley is situated at an altitude of
827 meters from sea level. An incarnation of the religious heaven, this
celestial city is also known as the “city of seven lakes”. . Pokhara offers
magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Manaslu, five peaks of Annapurna
and others. This is one of the few places in the world to provide such
a dramatic view in a sub-tropical setting. The nearest snow-capped mountain,
Fishtail, is less then 30 kilometers from Pokhara. Pokhara's numerous
lakes offer fishing, boating and swimming.
Pokhara
is a major holiday destination for both domestic and international tourists.
It is most popular for its lakes Phewa, Begnas and Rupa. Exploring the
deep-seated mysteries of intriguing caves like Mahendra Gupha will further
heighten your spirit of adventure. The Devil's Fall and the gorge of the
Seti River are the other dotted places for sightseeing. After entering
Pokhara you will be totally captivated by true ambience of nature and
its exquisite beauty. |
